Our Goals
Our primary goals for our home owner clients are:
- To preserve and protect the properties of our clients
- To maximize rental revenues, taking into account the objectives and constraints set by you, our client.
- To make the entire rental experience as smooth and effortless as possible
We treat your home like ours
We believe that the only way for us to be successful in the long run is if we treat your home the way we do ours while at the same time consistently trying to exceed your expectations. As part of this effort, we never rent out your home to just anyone for the sake of filling space and making more money. Just like with our own homes we never rent to anyone without talking with them over the phone (you would be surprised how many companies out there do allow that to happen…). We run background checks on renters, have an extensive rental agreement and require a photocopy of a drivers license of passport. Another safety check is that we only allow security deposits to be made with credit cards, thus assuring some sort of credit worthiness. While keeping the rental process easy and streamlines for our guests, we build in as many security measures up front as possible…… because we treat your home as our home.

Three levels of service
We currently offer services for home owners in Palm Springs and the desert cities as well as the greater Los Angeles area. In these areas with have built a reliable teams of Guest Services Managers, cleaning staff and maintenance specialists. Other cities will follow later.
In these two areas we currently offer three different levels of service:
- Full service property and rental management - We take complete care of your home maintenance as well as renting out your home.
- Full service property management without renting out the property - We take complete care of your home so it is there for your full enjoyment
- Concierge services - We increase your level of enjoyment of your property, by having it ready when you and your guests arrive, with things like a stocked refrigerator, lights on and pool heated.
We will get involved as much or as little as you want. The most important thing is that we work for you the way you expect us to. Our goal is to meet your set objectives 100%. Owning and taking care of a home, not to mention a second home,…is work! Our passion is to take care of your home. We do the work so you can have more fun!
Internet Marketing
The internet provides an essential and critical marketing tool for reaching potential guests globally. On our own website, guests can view any of the properties for rent, check availability, read customer comments, request a reservation or forward a specific property page to friends or family.
We invest to make sure we are listed high in all the major search engines and are represented on all the major vacation rental property sites, which all link back to our site. We also have a rental database of over 6,000 potential renters which increases daily. We communicate with potential renters via an e-mail newsletter, which helps us build relationships which lead to increased rentals and revenue. We utilize the latest internet techniques and technology on an on-going basis to make sure we maximize rental lead generation.
Rental Pricing
We make sure we identify the optimum pricing structure for each home that will maximize its rental income potential, while continuously monitoring market conditions which help identify opportunities to increase rental rates.
Guest Services
The success of our mutual business depends primarily on a high level of customer satisfaction as this translates to both repeat and referral business resulting in maximum rental income. Your/our guests are on vacation and they expect a enjoyable and trouble-free experience. We pride ourselves that from the moment a guest contacts us to inquire about a possible rental until after they have come back home and received our personalized thank you card, the guest is exposed to a team of people who are devoted to making sure the guest has an enjoyable and unforgettable experience.
Guest Feedback
We obtain guest feedback through follow-up emails after the rental has been completed as well as guest comment cards that are included in each guest arrival package. Every couple of weeks we compile and review the feedback and use this to further improve your property and our services.
Check-in procedure
When renters arrive, we do not send them to an office or worst case, to a lock-box, to retrieve the keys to your home and let themselves in. We make an effort to meet the renters at the house to welcome them and check them in. We have the music on when they walk in and do anything else to help create a welcoming atmosphere. We then do a walk-through with them, so they can get to know the house and answer any questions they might have. By doing this we perform a final security check for you, the home owner client, while also creating a positive, professional and memorable first-time impression for our guests.
Cleaning Services
Globe Homes and Condos works with an experienced team of housekeepers who are consistent with their services. Clean and neat accommodations provide a key first impression for you and anyone staying at your house. To ensure consistency, we use the same crews for the same properties as well as compile a guide for each property detailing cleaning procedures as well as exact positioning of any items throughout the house.
A once-a-year comprehensive inspection and inventory is conducted for each property during the off-season. The report includes recommendations for replenishing kitchen inventory, replacing carpet and furniture, painting or adding guest-requested furnishings, supplies or amenities.
Maintenance Services
A well maintained property will contribute to a higher repeat and referral business. We keep owners informed about the condition and maintenance requirements of their property and provide a timely response 7 days a week to guest reported maintenance problems. Our maintenance staff and contractors understand how important their work is to us which results in a quick resolution of any problems that might occur. We have built a team of maintenance professionals who deliver great service at competitive rates.
