This comfortable, tastefully furnished private home was designed for indoor-outdoor living. The house is decorated with high-end designer furniture for maximum comfort and enjoyment inside and has a beautiful and very private pool & spa compound outdoors. The pool also includes a shallow tanning shelf. The property contains several citrus trees and is surrounded by lots of green.

The spacious, open living and dining area includes a comfortable seating area around the fireplace. Dine indoors, with the dining area next to the kitchen, or outdoors. Outdoor cooking on the back patio is available with a gas BBQ grill.

This home comfortably sleeps up to 8 people, but can sleep up to 10 if necessary. A Master Suite with California King bed and sliding doors opening up to the pool area. Two other bedrooms have Queen size beds and the 4th bedroom has two Twin beds. There are two indoor full bathrooms.

The kitchen is fully equipped, with gas cooktop, blender, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker & toaster. The home includes all modern conveniences, with ceiling fans in all rooms in addition to central heat and air conditioning to maximize indoor comfort all twelve months of the year.

Small pets welcome with homeowner's prior approval.

Wireless high speed Internet access permits guests to check email indoors or outdoors. Satelite TV is available throughout the house with TV's and DVD players in the living room and three of the four bedrooms. This fully furnished villa comes complete with high tread count linens, bath towels and pool towels, and plenty of outdoor furniture. In short, the owners of this delightful vacation getaway have included everything possible to make your stay pleasant and carefree. All you need to bring is your own suntan lotion!
