This 2-bedroom/1-bathroom redone typical Venice Beach/California style cottage will provide you with the true Venice Beach experience you are looking for. It has a small front yard with seating area, gas BBQ grill and your own fountain. It feels very open and bright as it has many windows including two large windows on the front that let in lots of sunlight and allow you to enjoy the green palm trees in your front yard.

Throughout the house you will find hardwood floors and ceilings with recessed lighting. The living room has comfortable seating area with TV/DVD/VCR and sound system. The designer sleeper sofa can sleep another person comfortably if necessary. Adjacent to the living room is a small and intimate dining room containing a large glass top dining table that seats up to six. The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances, including a large refrigerator with icemaker and everything else you could possibly need. Both bedrooms have comfortable King size beds, 32" flat screen TVs, iPod compatible radio/alarm clocks and walk-in closets. The bathroom has been upgraded and contains a full size tub with shower. The house is decorated with great artwork, including work from local artists.

A one car garage is included in the rental, but even better is the abundant street parking. To the side of the house is a laundry room with your own washer and dryer. The unit comes with cable TV and HBO, high speed wireless internet access, as well as phone service with unlimited local and long-distance calling.
