Description
This beautiful home was decorated by one of the original members of the hit series "Queer Eye for the Straight Guy". This completely updated mid-century 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom vacation house truly gives new meaning to indoor-outdoor living, and offers you the pampered resort experience Palm Springs is famous for.
The enchantment begins the moment you pass through the double front doors which open into a tranquil courtyard and on to a spacious and private outdoor living area with spectacular mountain and palm tree views. The outdoor area includes a large heated pool with lots of room for sun worshipers, built-in tikibar, lounging and eating areas and a large back yard. A southing fountain, outdoor shower and two-person hammock nestled under tropical citrus trees complete the peaceful surroundings.
Inside, relax with first class comforts and deluxe amenities including a stainless steel gourmet kitchen, 3 bedrooms + 3 elegant bathrooms, extra large living room which includes a fireplace and separate dining area. Living room opens up with several French doors to the outside living area and pool. The master suite contains a modern Italian designed cal king bed with French doors that open onto a private patio. Middle bedroom has a queen size bed with French doors opening up to its own separate patio. The third bedroom has a comfortable designer queen size bed. Additionally, a cozy den with a 34" TV and second fireplace offers a wonderful place to relax.
This rental home includes all the high-tech conveniences. It has direcTV with over 180 channels, including 30 music channels, connected to the indoor/outdoor sound system. The built-in sound system has speakers in all rooms including outdoor speakers around the pool and lounging areas. TVs, DVD players, VCRs and telephones (with free long distance) can be found throughout the house. A desktop for your use as well as wireless internet access, is also available.
To add to the entertainment fun, the 2-car garage has been converted to a game room with Air-hockey, Table Tennis, Fussball and darts.

- Travel Guard Accidental Damage Insurance required in addition to security deposit. A non-refundable fee of $45.00 provides coverage up to $1,500.
