Walking into a secret garden, you are greeted by succulent fruit trees and a calming Buddha water fountain. A stone path leads to the guest house with its own private, outdoor seating area & gas BBQ.
Large double doors invite you into the bright guest quarters. The doors can be anchored wide open if you want to enjoy the Southern California breezes.
With new contemporary furniture, King size bed & high-thread-count linens you will feel like a movie star! The unit features a 37” flat screen TV, DVD and CD player with surround sound and free wireless Internet.
Additional amenities include new hardwood floors, classic Americana kitchen, heated, outdoor beach shower (in addition the regular indoor one) and a private parking space.
Just a five-minute bike ride to Venice Beach and easy drives up the coast to Santa Monica and Malibu, this guest house is the perfect location for a weekend adventure, a staycation or an extended get-away.

- Accidental Rental Damage Insurance available in lieu of Security Deposit. A non-refundable fee of $45.00 provides coverage up to $1,500.00. A non-refundable fee of $69 provides coverage for up to $3,000
- *All Seasons Travel Insurance (optional) provides coverage in the event of an unforseen cancellation or interruption. Policy helps to cover trip delay, baggage delay, medical expenses, emergency evacuation and car rental collision
