This vacation rental home is the front part of a duplex. it is located on one of the best streets in Venice, just two blocks from the famous Abbot Kinney Blvd. with its many stores and restaurants and less than a 5-minute bike ride from the ocean. City and beach, it offers you the best of both worlds.
Description
This 2-bedroom/1-bathroom redone typical Venice Beach/California style cottage duplex will provide you with the true Venice Beach vacation experience you are looking for. It has a small front yard with seating area, gas BBQ grill and your own fountain. It feels very open and bright as it has many windows including two large windows on the front that let in lots of sunlight and allow you to enjoy the green palm trees in your front yard.
Throughout the house you will find hardwood floors and ceilings with recessed lighting. The living room has comfortable seating area with TV/DVD/VCR and sound system. The designer sleeper sofa can sleep another person comfortably if necessary. Adjacent to the living room is a small and intimate dining room containing a large glass top dining table that seats up to six. The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances, including a large refrigerator with icemaker and everything else you could possibly need. Both bedrooms have comfortable King size beds, 32" flat screen TVs, iPod compatible radio/alarm clocks and walk-in closets. The bathroom has been upgraded and contains a full size tub with shower. This vacation home is decorated with great artwork, including work from local artists.
To the side of the house is a laundry room with your own washer and dryer. The unit comes with cable TV and HBO, high speed wireless internet access, as well as phone service with unlimited local and long-distance calling.
Apartment/house is offered completely furnished with contemporary furniture, high thread count linens and towels.

- Accidental Rental Damage Insurance available in lieu of Security Deposit. A non-refundable fee of $45.00 provides coverage up to $1,500.00. A non-refundable fee of $69 provides coverage for up to $3,000
- All Seasons Travel Insurance (optional) provides coverage in the event of an unforseen cancellation or interruption. Policy helps to cover trip delay, baggage delay, medical expenses, emergency evacuation and car rental collision
