This comfortable home is located right on the world famous Venice Beach Boardwalk, across from the paddle tennis courts and just steps from the sand. The ten-seat balcony overlooks the boardwalk and muscle beach, and is perfect for a sunny afternoon of people watching! This is a very unique, one-of-a-kind property, one of the largest (approx. 1,350 sq ft) ocean-front two-bedroom units in Venice, totally remodeled in 2009.

The “Venice Boardwalk” is the perfect destination for a family or group of friends --it can sleep up to 10 people!
This home offers lots of light, with floor-to-ceiling windows across the front, that allow fantastic views of the boardwalk, paddle tennis courts, the sand and the sea! The true, unique Venice Beach experience that most people can only dream about.
Across the front you will find your own balcony, done in a bar-style of way that allows you to experience the true flavor of the Venice Beach from your own private viewing area while enjoying a cocktail or a coffee.
Inside, the large living room features a comfortable seating area around a large gas fireplace and a 42” plasma TV. The home has lots of personal touches from the owner: books, candles, paintings, and even a guitar with guitar lesson book just to name a few.
A modern kitchen is built on an elevated level overlooking the living room. The picnic benches are placed strategically, allowing great views of the ocean and the sand. The kitchen has all brand new Bosch stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped for all your cooking needs.
Need to check email, surf the web, or get some quick work done? Feel free to use the available desktop, copier, fax, printer, landline, and broadband Wi-Fi. The computer is synched to the crisp Yamaha stereo system and is great for listening to internet radio or to plug in your iPod with the adapter provided.
The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and the second bedroom has two queen-size bunk beds --this room can sleep up to a “party” of as many as 8 people! There are two full bathrooms with bathtubs combined with showers and a powder room.
No worries about parking with your own parking space in the private garage behind the building. An additional garage parking is available for a small fee. To help you make the best of your stay the following items are provided: bike, paddle tennis racquets, boogie board, beach chairs, beach towels and sarongs.
There is a large capacity washer and dryer in the unit. The towels and linens are 100% cotton, the pillows and duvets are down.

- 3 Night Minimum Stay
- Exit Cleaning Fee: $15 to $300 based on number of occupants
- Small pets up to 15 pounds upon approval ($25 per day/per pet)
- Security deposit: $1,000 to $2,500 based on number of occupants (run as credit card authorization only)
- Accidental Rental Damage Insurance available in lieu of Security Deposit. A non-refundable fee of $45.00 provides coverage up to $1,500.00. A non-refundable fee of $69 provides coverage for up to $3,000
- All Seasons Travel Insurance (optional) provides coverage in the event of an unforeseen cancellation or interruption. Policy helps to cover trip delay, baggage delay, medical expenses, emergency evacuation and car rental collision
- Higher rates may apply for holidays and special events.
- One week minimum over major holidays and peak season.
