- One time cleaning fee: $90
- Security deposit: $1,000 (on major credit card)
- Accidental Rental Damage Insurance can be bought in addition to paying a Security Deposit. A non-refundable fee of $45.00 provides coverage up to $1,500.00. A non-refundable fee of $69 provides coverage for up to $3,000.
- All Seasons Travel Insurance (optional) provides coverage in the event of an unforseen cancellation or interruption,as w ell as: trip delay; baggage delay; medical expenses; emergency evacuation and car rental collission. It is an optional charge.
- No pets allowed.
- Smoke Free Building: No smoking allowed inside the premises or common areas.
